ABOUT PRESS STRENGTH LIFT AND STRENGTH TRAINING
There is Workout Wednesday and Saturday Strong. These classes focus on increasing strength not only in the prime movers but all the assisting muscles. The first 30 minutes of class are boot camp style. We then move over to the wall and floor for a group class style instruction. During the boot camp portion, I ask that you push yourself to lift a little heavier than you are used to since we are working mostly the prime movers. When we move to the wall and floor exercise we are mostly using body weight or light to medium resistance bands to work on the assisting muscles groups. When we are outdoors on Saturday we use the picnic tables and pavilion posts for assistance with exercises. Outdoors we are standing for most of the class. This is a great way to improve balance while increasing strength. Great music, laughs, and a general good time is had while working on muscles that sometimes don’t get the attention they should in our normal day to day routine.

Press Strength Lift:

- Cost: $7.00 per class
- May register at the time of the event with cash or check or at the office during business hours with cash, check or card
Strength Training:
- Saturday
- Time: 8:00AM-9:00AM
- Location: Sports Park
- Cost: $7.00 per class
