For example, if leaving on Saturday morning, the earliest the RV may be parked at the residence is Thursday and if returning on Monday, the RV must be removed no later than Wednesday. RVs belonging to visitors cannot be used as a guest house on the property or street.

Motorcycles &all-terrain vehicles (ATV’s) that are street legal may only be used on public streets. Those that are not street legal may not be driven on public streets, sidewalks or any common property within the Villages of Westcreek. Public Safety Tip

Here are a few holiday tips to help keep you safe this season:

Always extinguish lit candles before leaving a room or going to bed.  Keep burning candles within sight.

When setting up a tree at home, place it away from fireplaces.  Because heated rooms dry-out live trees rapidly, be sure to keep the stand filled with water.  Place the tree out of the way of traffic and do not block doorways.

Check each set of lights, new or old, for broken or cracked sockets, frayed or bare wires, or loose connections, and throw out damaged sets.  Always replace burned-out bulbs promptly with the same wattage bulbs.  Use no more than three standard-size sets of lights per single extension cord.

Turnoff all holiday lights when you go to bed or leave the house; the lightscould short out and start a fire.

If you see graffiti or vandalism in the Villages of Westcreek, please report it to the office at 679-8761.

Mintco, the subcontractor for AT&T will need access to certain backyards. Over the next several weeks, Mintco crews will be working in the Villages of Westcreek. The crews will need to access backyard easements so crew members will be leaving door hangers. Should you receive one, we ask that you please make arrangements or accommodations for the crew members to have access.

Once the work is complete, they will mend any damage caused to your lot during this process.

If you, the homeowner, have any questions you may call Oscar Hernandez with Mintco at 210-634-9055.
