Standards Tips

With the warm spring like weather, weeds are starting to sprout and grow.  Please ensure that you maintain your property.  Remove weeds in your yard and discourage their spread and growth.  Now is a good time to start prepping your yards for the coming seasons.

Please be sure to pick up after your animals while in the Sports Park.  A pet waste station is located next to the park rules sign.

Public Safety Tip

Though we are not currently in a burn ban, the fire hazard meter is at red due to the dry and windy conditions.  It is advised to maintain the property surrounding your house, remove tall brush or debris and to keep trees trimmed away from your house as well.  If you do BBQ, make sure the grill is not to close to the house and it is preferred you do so over concrete and to water the grass surrounding the area beforehand.  In addition, do not park your vehicle on grass as to the hot exhaust could ignited the grounds.

If you see graffiti or vandalism in the Villages of Westcreek, please report it to the office at 679-8761.

AT&T FIBER OPTICS INFRASTRUCTURE

Mintco, the subcontractor for AT&T will need access to certain backyards. Over the next several weeks, Mintco crews will be working in the Villages of Westcreek. The crews will need to access backyard easements so crew members will be leaving door hangers. Should you receive one, we ask that you please make arrangements or accommodations for the crew members to have access.

Once the work is complete, they will mend any damage caused to your lot during this process.

If you, the homeowner, have any questions you may call Oscar Hernandez with Mintco at 210-634-9055.
