  2013 Assessments

The assessments for 2013 are $312.00 for the year or $78.00 quarterly. If you pay quarterly, please remember the due dates are January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1, 2013. Finance charges are applied on past due assessments.

IMPORTANT****Your cards must be current to have access to the park, pools, and any VWOA events. Valid ID card stickers must be at least 3:3 to be current.


Independence Day Office Closure

The VWOA office will be closed Thursday, July 4 and Friday, July 5, 2013 in observance of Independence Day.


Swim Lessons

Registration for swim lesson session 3 and 4 has begun. Session 3 registration ends Wednesday, July 3, 2013. Please register in the office and view our website www.villagesofwestcreek.com for prices, dates and times of sessions. Spaces are limited and filling up fast.


The Pools are Open

The VWOA pools are open. Please check our website www.villagesofwestcreek.com under the Recreation tab then double click on Aquatics for a complete schedule.

Please Note: The VWOA Pools cannot accept bills larger than $10.  We appreciate your cooperation and hope that you are enjoying our expanded concession menu!

AquaFit Classes

VWOA is now accepting registrations for the AquaFit classes that started June 3rd. Classes will be held every Monday and Wednesday evenings 8:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. in the Community Center pool. Participants should bring a swim noodle and drinking water to every class. You may also like to wear swim shoes and may bring water dumbbells for a more challenging workout. Please contact Ms. Lucy at 845-5306 with any questions.


Women’s AA Meeting

Women’s AA Meeting at the Community Center on Wednesdays 12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m. Children are welcome.


Farmer’s Market Every Thursday

VWOA will be hosting a Farmers Market from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. every Thursday through September. The market will be located in the overflow parking lot adjacent to the Community Center.

Standards Tips

The 3rd Quarter Assessments are due today, July 1, 2013.  Please remember that in order to enjoy the many amenities throughout the Villages of Westcreek you must be current on your dues.  You may pay at the office in person, drop your payment off in our mail slot, or mail them in.  You will need to make sure you have current stickers on your ID cards as well in order to use the facilities.  In addition, if you have company visiting please be advised that for the pools you may bring 2 guests per current ID with up to 4 guests maximum per household and there is a $3 charge per guest.

Public Safety Tip

The 4th of July is just around the corner.  This is one of the biggest celebrated holidays when fireworks are used.  We are in the county, therefore as long as there is not a ban dictated by Bexar county you are permitted to use them within The Villages of Westcreek but not on-

1. utility easements

2. grassy and weeded area

3. Military Drive West, Westcreek Oaks, Westcreek View and Grosenbacher Road

4. any common properties within the Villages of Westcreek 

All trash/debris must be removed from the streets/lawns by 9 AM the following day. 

Always remember to use all safety measurements if you choose to partake in the use of fireworks.

Mintco, the subcontractor for AT&T will need access to certain backyards. Over the next several weeks, Mintco crews will be working in the Villages of Westcreek. The crews will need to access backyard easements so crew members will be leaving door hangers. Should you receive one, we ask that you please make arrangements or accommodations for the crew members to have access.

Once the work is complete, they will mend any damage caused to your lot during this process.
