Standards Tips

Personal business advertisements throughout the community such as lawn care, computer repair, roof repair, remodeling, decks and babysitting are considered as bandit signs and are not permitted. These signs are usually found at major intersections, on utility poles, street sign posts, fences, trees, mailbox clusters and private properties.

Personal business advertisements on residential properties are considered as bandit signs as well.  (Standards Compliance Monitors will assure that these types of signs are removed.) Commercial services conducted on residential properties such as roofing or remodeling are considered as ‘bandit signs’ and are limited to one (1) sign per residence. Signs are only permitted if the work is being performed and removed immediately after the work is completed. If it is evident that work has not started, Standards Compliance Monitors will remove the sign(s) and leave it with the resident along with a Courtesy Notice & Reminder explaining the reasoning. On the other hand, if it is known that the work has been completed and the signs have not been removed, Monitors are to remove them after notifying the resident.  Homemade signs & indiscriminate postings are not permitted anywhere within the Villages of Westcreek.

These include, but are not limited to, lost or found animals.

If you see graffiti or vandalism in the Villages of Westcreek, please report it to the office at 679-8761.

Please be sure to pick up after your animals while in the Sports Park.  A pet waste station is located next to the park rules sign.

AT&T FIBER OPTICS INFRASTRUCTURE

Mintco, the subcontractor for AT&T will need access to certain backyards. Over the next several weeks, Mintco crews will be working in the Villages of Westcreek. The crews will need to access backyard easements so crew members will be leaving door hangers. Should you receive one, we ask that you please make arrangements or accommodations for the crew members to have access.

Once the work is complete, they will mend any damage caused to your lot during this process.

If you, the homeowner, have any questions you may call Oscar Hernandez with Mintco at 210-634-9055.
