Dear Homeowners!
If you are interested in running for one of the two open Board Member positions in the upcoming election, please send in a short bio explaining a little bit about yourself and your interest in being on the Board of Directors along with a photo of yourself if you would like one included with the bio. All candidate bios can be submitted via email or dropped off at the Villages of Westcreek office during normal business hours.
All candidate bios will be published in the March newsletter if turned in by end of business Friday, February 12, 2021. By submitting your bio it will also ensure your name is included on the ballot that will be included in the Annual Meeting notice mailed out at a later date. Please note that self-nominations are permitted up to including at the Annual Meeting.
To ensure your name is included on the mailed ballot, the deadline to turn in a Candidate Bio is by end of business day Friday, February 12, 2021.

COVID 19 Precautions when visiting the VWOA OFFICE

Please note the following when visiting the VWOA Office:

Limit 4 people maximum in the lobby.

If you need to meet with specific staff members, you will need to schedule an appointment by calling 210-679-8761.


Stay at least 6 feet (about 2 arm lengths) from other people.

Social distancing also called “physical distancing,” means keeping space between yourself and other people.

To practice social or physical distancing:

  • Tape Markings will be set up outside of the VWOA office for Social Distancing.
  • Do not gather in groups.


Please cover your mouth and nose with a cloth face covering when entering the VWOA building.

Cloth face coverings should NOT be placed on children under age 2, anyone who has trouble breathing, or is unconscious, incapacitated, or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance.

Keep at least 6 feet between yourself and others, even when you wear a face covering.
