Call for Board of Director’s Nominations

The Board of Directors will have (2) two open seats in April 2017. A key business item on the annual meeting agenda is the election of new Board members. If you are a Homeowner or know a home owner who would like to serve your community please submit the following by February 20, 2017. Nominations received by this date will be published in the April 2017 issues of the weekly news letters, on the website and the paper ballot mail outs.
Please use the attached form to tell the community a little about yourself.  Don’t forget the following crucial items.
  • Candidates Full Name
  • Home Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Please answer the two questions on the form
  • Attach a Short Bio (no more than 300 words)
  • Photo Image (jpeg) or if you wish you can drop by the community center and we will take the picture for you.

  • Nominations can be made at any time up to and including the call for nominations from the floor at the Annual Meeting on April 20, 2017.
  • Nominations received after February 20, 2017 will be published on the website and in the news letter however will not make the printing deadline for the paper Ballot mail out.
  • To be elected the candidate must be a Homeowner of the Villages of Westcreek.

Due to the growing reach and impact of the COVID-19 the Board of Directors has made the decision to close the Associations office to all foot traffic coming in the building in an attempt to limit small gatherings and the spread of the virus to our community.

The office will still be staffed to receive homeowner calls, emails and maintain the dropbox for assessments and mail.

The Sports Park fields and walking trail will remain open at this time and we will continue to monitor the situation and will keep communicating any further closures with the community.
