STRATEGIC PLANNING COMMITTEE

  • Meeting Schedule:  Regular meetings of the full standing Strategic Planning Committee are held one each quarter or more often as necessary to carry out assignments and responsibilities. The Strategic Planning Committee meetings are open to all Homeowners. Meeting notices are posted on the website calendar, the bulletin board in the lobby of the Community Center and via email to residents who subscribe on the website to receive interesting VWOA news and updates delivered to their inbox.

  • Responsibility of Committee: The primary responsibility of the Strategic Planning Committee is to advise and assist the Board of Directors in developing positive plans for reaching short and long term goals and objectives which will benefit the Association, particularly as it relates to needed improvements and additions which will require long-range funding.
  • Standing Agenda Item: To be announced.
  • How to Join this Committee: The Strategic Planning Committee consists of a Chair, the Chairs of all other Committees and any member of the Association who wishes to service.  Members who wish to serve as a committee member may join this Committee by attending two out of three successive meetings and maintaining regular attendance thereafter.

AT&T FIBER OPTICS INFRASTRUCTURE

Mintco, the subcontractor for AT&T will need access to certain backyards. Over the next several weeks, Mintco crews will be working in the Villages of Westcreek. The crews will need to access backyard easements so crew members will be leaving door hangers. Should you receive one, we ask that you please make arrangements or accommodations for the crew members to have access.

Once the work is complete, they will mend any damage caused to your lot during this process.
