2019 Swimming Lessons




Below are the prices associated with requesting a resale certificate.  The initial resale certificate can be requested here in the office or at Spectrum.  It’s important that you know we have 8 business days to deliver the resale certificate to you.  Our Standards Department will continue to come to the home to provide the inspection.

  • The “Resale Certificate itself has information on the property such as unpaid assessments, special assessments, improvements or lawsuits to common areas of the Association.  Please send “Requests for Resales” to or stop by the VWOA office.
  • The “Statement of Account” is a separate document which is normally included in the resale packet along with the resale certificate.  It also lists any fees associated with the property or the Association.  All “Statement of Accounts” can be sent to or stop by the VWOA office.
  • The “Transfer Fee” is a fee that Spectrum Association Management charges anytime there is a transfer of property from one owner to another.  It’s important to note that this is a $200 fee that is charged with a “Statement of Account” or a “Resale Certificate.”

    • Initial resale certificate, $260
    • Resale request update (1-14 days) =$0
    • Resale request update (15-180 days) =$35.00
    • Note:  Rush options are not available at this time
  •  Statement of Account (SOA)
    • Initial SOA request, regular 8 business day delivery, $100.00
    • Initial SOA request, 24 hour rush =$100.00 + rush fee of $100.00 =$200
    • Initial SOA request, 48 hour rush =$100.00 + rush fee of $80.00 =$180
    • Update SOA request, (1-30 days) = $0
    • Update SOA request, (31-90 days) = $50.00
    • Transfer fee, $170.00

Mintco, the subcontractor for AT&T will need access to certain backyards. Over the next several weeks, Mintco crews will be working in the Villages of Westcreek. The crews will need to access backyard easements so crew members will be leaving door hangers. Should you receive one, we ask that you please make arrangements or accommodations for the crew members to have access.

Once the work is complete, they will mend any damage caused to your lot during this process.
