FACILITY RENTAL INFORMATION:

WHO MAY BOOK THE FACILITY?

• In order to reserve any of the VWOA facilities for exclusive use, you must reside in the Villages of Westcreek and be a member in good standing,    (i.e., you must be current on any/all assessments/obligations owing to the Villages of Westcreek Owners’ Association).  If you are a tenant, the owner from whom you are leasing/renting must be current on any/all assessments/obligations owing to the Villages of Westcreek.  If not, you cannot rent or use any of the facilities or amenities.

WHERE AND HOW TO BOOK A FACILITY 

• Each resident requesting exclusive use of a VWOA facility must go to the Association Office to make the reservation. The reservation is confirmed once the completed contract, the damage deposit, and the usage fee monies are received.

VALIDITY OF BOOKING

• A contract must be completed and signed prior to being officially booked on the Reservation Board.  It must be signed and returned no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the day of the event.  The contract must be accompanied by applicable forms of payment made out to the Villages of Westcreek Owners’ Association (VWOA).
  • The Damage Deposits for the Different Facilities are as Follows-All Damage Deposits must be written and made out to the VWOA, separate from each other as is applicable.:
    • Community Center Rentals-$250
    • Pavilion Rentals-$250/Cleaning Deposit $25
    • Pool Rentals-$200
•  The total usage fee payment must be paid separate by check (homeowners only), cash, money order, or credit card.  The Damage Deposit will be returned provided that no damage to the facility is found after the event.  The date of the event cannot be confirmed until all payments are received.

VENDORS

• If you plan to have an outside vendor(s) (i.e., bouncy house, moon walks, pony rides, etc…) you must provide a certificate of liability insurance from the vendor no later than one week prior to the party. If you do not provide the certificate, the vendor will NOT be allowed to set up.
