CITY OF SAN ANTONIO ANNEXATION NOTIFICATION
CLICK HERE to access the official notification of a call for a Special election for the area located within five miles of the boundary of the Lackland Air Force Base and the Lackland Air Force Base – Medina Training Annex. The Special Election will be held on November 6, 2018.
Election Day is Tuesday, November 6, 2018, from 7 am until 7 pm. The Early Voting period begins Monday, October 22, 2018, and ends Friday, November 2, 2018. Voters may cast their early vote by mail. The last day to receive an application for a ballot to be voted by mail is Friday, October 26, 2018. Ballot applications and ballots voted by mail shall be mailed to the early voting clerk as follows:

The city council will hold public hearings prior to the special election. The hearings will be held at the Municipal Plaza Building, 103 Main Plaza, City Council Chambers, on Wednesday, August 29, 2018, at 6 pm, and Wednesday, September 12, 2018, at 6 pm.

VOTING IN THE UPCOMING GENERAL ELECTION
The Texas General Election will take place on Tuesday, November 6, 2018. With that in mind, here are some important dates you should be aware of so that you can fully participate in this Democratic Process!
- Last day to register to vote is Tuesday, October 9, 2018.
- Early voting takes place from Monday, October 22, 2018 – Friday, November 2, 2018.
